Dr. Garner came to work with us in June of 2023. She had been working with an agency that decided to abruptly part ways and she needed a solution fast. After a lengthy call with us, she determined we would be able to help her take her practice to the next level.
At the time, Garner had as many patients as she wanted to have. However, she had other practitioners in her clinic that had a lot of holes in the schedule. She had recently rebranded her practice name from her personal name to a group practice name. She was already suffering from losing calls because of that change.
When we started working with her, we got to work right away on uploading service pages for the types of treatment she offers in her office. Also, we added all of her services to her Google Business listing so that she had the best chance of showing up for those treatments.
We got a list of specific treatments each of her practitioners could handle and then started focusing our efforts on those. It was the best way of getting her services to show up for the things that they needed more.
After a few months, they started seeing real traction in their traffic and an uptick in calls and form submissions.
